Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. I ordered the Mitsubishi 12000 BTU Ductless Heat Pump System for my Florida Rm and had it installed by a professional. It is operating absolutely great. I am more than satisfied with this unit. eComfort is the way to go.

We bought this unit to replace a 30 year old unit. We wanted one very similar so installation would be easy and a do it yourself job. I am always leery about on line shopping, but ecomfort made me comfortable with my experience. The unit was exactly what we wanted and installation was fantastic. We had to modify one piece of duct work--which was really nothing. I would shop at ecomfort in the future.

Hot showers all around. I wish this thing had a temperature indication (for my own curiosity). The big green digits on the front indicate the set point, not the temp and I can't find a way to change it.
