- this one is working great now after I fixed it out of the box. It would have been nice to have had fire up immediate right after install. But no it would not lite. It was not getting gas to the pilot light due to the supply line from the gas cock was to tight from being stretched to far to left of the gas cock thus by moving it over a row in the burner line up the tension of the gas supply to the pilot opened enough to allow the pilot to lite. Friends recommended the Mitsubishi split system for a 350 SF addition to my business. All I could think about were the wall units used in motel rooms! But when I checked out a unit in operation, I was immediately impressed. It is clean, quiet, and uses significantly less electricity than I expected. I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight.
