Great product but found the pressure sensor only works if the world is working perfectly! Meaning the venting must be in excellent shape and does not come apart in the walls or the power is a reliable source. This was installed in one of our customer's homes. Replaced an 80k BTU unit with this one. Install was a breeze even considering the old unit was a floor mount and this one hangs on the wall. My HVAC guy showed up just as I was completing the wiring and it took him about 30 minutes to program it and run through a cycle. It's fast! I took a half-hour long shower, and by the time I'd dried, dressed and went to the utility room it was on standby........
