Installed it in a 16ft x 20ft building. Works extremely well. Keeps the building at 50 degrees when unoccupied, then heats it up to 70 degrees fast when occupied.

We had this water heater (Amtrol Hydromax HM-80) installed as part of a remodel in Dec 2013. Over the weekend (end of June 2016) it started a fountain out of the top and was getting everything around it soaked. Called service Monday morning, they said, yup, seen this before. Needs full replacement which is covered by the 7 year warranty however, their labor at $700 is NOT covered. I'm pissed. Also questioning what better brand we should buy. Ordered this unit Hot Dawg 45000 and it arrived in Days. Easy mounting, had no trouble setting it up. Turned it on and it worked grest, heated up my 14X28 shop in minutes, very quite unit. I will be getting much use out of this product.
