My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I have owned this same 400k btu unit for 8 years and it is the best purchase that I have ever made. It is used in a commercial setting and has never had a problem or service call. Reznor quality is second to none and definitely worth the extra cost.

Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase.
