Received air conditioner installation went great already had sleeve from previous carrier 52s!!! This one cools a lot better more !! I like it better filter is easy to clean just pull them out clean rinse reinstall!!!

Great for high humidity pet room ventilation. I bought this unit to improve the air quality in my pet room that contains a 600 gallon aquarium and 200 more gallons in the sump bringing the total volume up to 800 gallons. Modine Noisy Apr 10, 2016

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. The addition of a sewing/craft room created a problem. How to heat and cool the room without destroying the home. The Mitsubishi Mini Split is flawless!
