Have been replacing slant fin through out the house for years. In the past used Runtal, this time Biasi. Wish that the American houses be build with the Euro panels in the first place - heat delivery, fuel savings, aesthetics, etc. no comparison. Runtal was a bit easier to install, more obvious as to in/out connections. Biasi has much more options and the instructions are not the best. Service great, Delivery on time, Unit came in DOA with bad pressure switch. Factory would not replace switch they said call where you purchased it EComfort. I did they wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms, Leave a credit card, until part was returned. Not worth the hassle I Just replaced pressure switch.

We purchased this to replace our old existing heaters as well as get more powerful heaters to heat up our space. These units are clean looking and powerful heaters, but they rattle and are noisy. You can see the metal bracket inside is loose and it was designed as a separator between the heat exchange, but it is not mounted security, so the air causes it to rattle.

Needed the water heater in a hurry. Didn't do enough research, but found out I paid way too much for it. It a very good water heater, but not for the price I paid. I'll do better research in the future. Only been installed a week.
