Had 2 window air conditioners that were not working as well as I expected. Talked to some friends that have the mini split system, and decided to try one. after getting several bids I decided to buy the system outright and install it myself. All went very well, everything was very easy and when I had a question I called Chris and he had the answers or got them in a timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone, The GREE is a great product.

We have a 2 story home in Ocala, FL. A/C is on in May and runs 24/7 till sometime in October. We have 2 heat pumps of 2 ton. A Goodman was put in last year and runs perfect and is quiet. Our second unit is an old 10 SEER, and I will be buying another Goodman. I got a 13 SEER last year and am getting a 14 SEER for the downstairs this year. My son-in-law (ex) owns an A/C company, and he said it's a good unit. He is happy I have a stand up attic.

I ordered 5 of these mats to heat a sunroom of ~10'x12' size with a standard osb subfloor and tile floor. The mats were delivered quickly and appear very robust in construction. Ample instructions on how to install are included and the installation is proceeding quickly with no issues.

I have a large auto repair shop in upstate NY that was like an icebox every winter.... until we installed this unit! Now it easily warms up the shop and keeps it that way. We ordered the propane conversion kit and that went in and worked perfectly.It was the best price out there and It has a GREAT warranty and it was shipped FREE and was shipped immediately after I ordered it! Very quiet, you can only hear the fan running. Suction line service valve is too close to the case makes it difficult to braze the suction line in.
