I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. Away from home for the winter. Family checking our home found the problem, needed a new boiler. I was in another state, went online (this boiler was recommended by the professional), able to work well on your web site. Called a few times with questions, very helpful. Shipped out immediately. Replaced existing 37 year old boiler. Old boiler still worked but needed to be moved so time for new. Installed per manual. Everything seems good. The blower motor has minor vibration. Pretty quiet overall. The internal pump curves matched old pump pretty closely, so hookup was nice and clean. Time will tell if it was the right choice.
