Amazing A/C system. Quiet, 30% lower operating cost than a traditional unit, 20% lower cost to purchase. Far superior to the old school monstrosity. Blows my mind that everybody does not use a mini split system. The energy savings (over a traditional unit) will pay for my entire system within ten years! 19+ SEER versus the 13 SEER of the old crud. I need to emphasize quiet operation. I was very impressed with the units that Goodman sells. I purchased the efficient 96% unit. I installed it Feb. 27th in my garage and it replaced a 20 yr. old Carrier unit which was only 80% efficient. Of all the many units that I installed while working, I have never seen any unit built as well and strong as this Goodman unit and it works well. I'm happy to give this testimonial.

The product arrived in less than 2-weeks. The unit is a high quality boiler made in Minnesota. This one was for my personal home. If you need questions answered or tech service, they are top notch. They know their product. This unit has been in operation for about a month and works flawlessly. I also have one of their plenum heaters, in use now for 12 years, without any problems what-so-ever.

I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
