After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Two months ago I purchased a LG 48,000 BTU Ac and heating unit. I installed it myself and just had help to get it started up directions could be more clear but it was fairly easy to do. I was even more impressed when I received my first Electric bill the month prior to installation I paid $251 I just received my bill with the unit installed in the middle of summer and my electric bill was $144 wow .very impressed and satisfied do unit is extremely quiet but powerful.

The furnace was a very easy replacement of an existing 20 year old one. I only had to build a 12" height extension platform for the furnace to sit on. The wiring, plumbing, and electrical was an easy hook up! It started right up and has performed flawlessly ever since! The cost of the furnace was less than my last years furnace repair bill.
