Bought my tank less gas water heater as I was just getting and switching to gas and my electric was 23 years old. Gas was not here until a month and a half later. I am up, running and took a very very long hot shower. Nice to never be able to run out. I ran the sink, kitchen sink, shower and it had no problem keeping up. Works great, much quieter than my last gable fan, and moves a lot more air. Only concern is the thermostat that came with this unit ranges 65 to 90. My last fan was 85 to 145. Unit seems to stay on longer in order to reach the 90 degree. Unit runs more being in an attic in Florida. This fan was very easy to install and had great wiring instructions.

Hooked up the heater in late June, so no way to tell how it will work when the cold weather arrives. Hook up was easy, except the schematic didn't really tell which of the possible 5-6 spots the two line thermostat was to be hooked. Blew a fuse the first time I turned it on, but the second placing of the thermostat lines worked.
