My neighbor just spent $3500.00 having a new furnace put on, which for me was out of the question...I bought your furnace (same size) for $575.00 delivered to my door. I'm 75 years old and had it installed and running in 6 hours complete. And that's for changing electric, gas lines, upper plenum and lower base. The unit is quiet and efficient, I couldn't be more happy saving about $3,000.00. Only time will tell how long it will last but I found no shortcuts on the quality of construction..would... more

I bought the Rinnai RUC80iN because of it's ability to function with a 1/2" gas line. Starting with 8 w.c. Of pressure, I turned on both showers, the gas furnace, gas dryer and stove........still had 6 w.c. Of pressure and plenty of hot water. Easy self install.....don't believe the hype about needing a licensed plumber.....just common sense and follow the directions.

Leaked after 3 years . Outer tank is low quality steel, not stainless as implied. Warratny department is useless, claimed leak was caused by leaking supply connection. I also purchased a Triangle Tube boiler . It has failed 3 out of 4 winters. Also junk.

As usual, the professionals at EComfort were GREAT! They helped me determine the best replacement unit for my heat-load requirements and processed the order the same day. Three weeks later, I got a call from the trucking company telling me when the boiler was to arrive (Clearly this shipper doesn't expedite like Amazon). The boiler arrived in good condition and was an easy install. The unit has been running now for almost a week in 32 degree outdoor temps and the office building is warm... more
