I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. Upstairs vaulted ceiling bedroom was not getting cool enough. I was going to install a typical whole house attic fan, but needed something where I could mount the opening on the Wall rather than the ceiling. So I decided on QuietCool and very happy with my selection.

I just had my new system installed. It is a great system. It is very quiet and cools are home very well. One thing if you order a a/c system don't what to long because they run out.
