Much Better Than Window Air Conditioners Aug 20, 2016

Had 2 window air conditioners that were not working as well as I expected. Talked to some friends that have the mini split system, and decided to try one. after getting several bids I decided to buy the system outright and install it myself. All went very well, everything was very easy and when I had a question I called Chris and he had the answers or got them in a timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone, The GREE is a great product.

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Easy to order, it arrived 7 days late but once installed it works fantastic. I have a large 3 stall garage and it heats up in minutes. I would recommend this heater to friends and family.

I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.
