So far so good. I love how quiet the units are and they are doing a very nice job controlling the temperature in our space. But my wife would have loved it if the indoor units came in a darker color. Could there be color options? Just a suggestion.

I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. Just to say - it is great except can't seem to control the temp. I'll keep trying as have only had it two months. Always have hot water, but almost burn my hands sometime. Perhaps I must make larger adjustments -
