We really liked the no electricity needed feature. It has good air flow without a fan.

4-star Daikin Mxs Wall Mounted 2-zone System - 24,000 Btu Outdoor - 12k + 18k Indoor - 18.9 Seer Review Aug 07, 2016

I have one of these and am a bit disappointed when it's efficiency drastically decreases when the outside temperature drops below -10C or + 24F. Still I am very pleased with it. Now the inside unit 'chirps', what is up with that ? Does it need to be oiled ? Doug

5-star Silent And Efficient Dec 23, 2016

My installer is an experienced air-con guy and I assisted him because I was curious about the whole process. This was the first mini-split system he installed and it went together easily and quickly. 5-star Love Is Fantech Aug 15, 2016

I also brought LD10 silencer to attach directly to the fan and placed the silencer between the vent hood and the fan. I also purchased the FC10 clamp to hold the silencer and fan in place. I find the clamp itself was not good enough to hold fan and the silencer. To give me a piece of mind,... more

5-star Energy Efficient, High Quality Product Oct 26, 2016

I installed this unit about a month ago to heat/cool our 3rd floor loft (finished attic) and it has been working flawlessly so far. It is energy efficient and was straightforward to install using the instructions provided and the appropriate tools (torque wrench, vacuum pump in addition to standard tools). I did purchase a genuine Mitsubishi lineset (MLS143812T-15) elsewhere and found that the torque value of 25-30 ft-lb specified for the 3/8" flare connection was too much and it... more
