- this one is working great now after I fixed it out of the box. It would have been nice to have had fire up immediate right after install. But no it would not lite. It was not getting gas to the pilot light due to the supply line from the gas cock was to tight from being stretched to far to left of the gas cock thus by moving it over a row in the burner line up the tension of the gas supply to the pilot opened enough to allow the pilot to lite. The unit tends to leak through pinholes which are due to impurity of copper tube material from cheap production country. The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit. I shopped around the internet and had actually made a purchase of the Fujitsu Mini Split from another provider that indicated it was in stock and delivery promised in 3-5 business days. After my order sat there for 5 days I decided to call only to find out it would take at least 30 days due to a back order. The unit still showed immediate delivery. I can'd that order and found this website with a better price and they delivered within the promised timeframe. The unit is excellent.
