Energy Efficient, High Quality Product Oct 26, 2016

I installed this unit about a month ago to heat/cool our 3rd floor loft (finished attic) and it has been working flawlessly so far. It is energy efficient and was straightforward to install using the instructions provided and the appropriate tools (torque wrench, vacuum pump in addition to standard tools). A Different Kind Of Warm (really Nice) Apr 15, 2016

I waited for two months to write this review. Iowa Cold, but not on the feet. I put in radiant tubing inside of concrete flooring of 800 sq ft with kitchen on another 150 not with radiant in an "apt." for my daughter. I can't tell you how nice it feels immediately upon entering. It is a different feel to the warmth. At our home, we have a furnace we set at 68 - 72 depending on what time of day(programmable) and it never feels warm. At my daughters it is set at 67 degrees... more

Awesome Unit - Been In A Year Oct 01, 2016

We have a 2 story home in Ocala, FL. A/C is on in May and runs 24/7 till sometime in October. We have 2 heat pumps of 2 ton. A Goodman was put in last year and runs perfect and is quiet. Our second unit is an old 10 SEER, and I will be buying another Goodman. I got a 13 SEER last year and am getting a 14 SEER for the downstairs this year. My son-in-law (ex) owns an A/C company, and he said it's a good unit. He is happy I have a stand up attic.

Went to Home Depot and Lowes to find ducting to fit this expensive fan.....not a good fit on anything even 3-4-5 inch rubber boots do not fit ???? I threw away the box and went to job to install....I bought an inline fan at hd $26 works and fit great..
