This was my first mini-split installation, and it was time consuming but easy. The system is very quiet while running, easily have a conversation standing next to it and I can't hear it standing around the corner of the building, 10' away. The installation is on a semi-secluded lake cottage with only nature for ambient noise, it is that quiet. Envision the air flow between where the air will eventually come in and where it will be exhausted once you install the ductwork. Installed the unit, turned the power on, getting flashing on/off light. Remote cannot find out the problem.
