We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. The addition of a sewing/craft room created a problem. How to heat and cool the room without destroying the home. The Mitsubishi Mini Split is flawless! The product is well designed in both looks and operation. The detailed installation instructions made the job fun. The results - a very happy, cool wife. I will recommend the Mitsubishi heat pump to any one. Very efficient product, little expensive but it is worth it to have a nice product.

January 2016 our heater went out at our business. We ordered the Modine PDP-150,000 BTU Unit Heater. Other than the shipping was slow - we received this heater a little later than expected in Wisconsin. The heater was installed and is working great as of today, March 2.
