Bought my tank less gas water heater as I was just getting and switching to gas and my electric was 23 years old. Gas was not here until a month and a half later. I am up, running and took a very very long hot shower. Nice to never be able to run out. I ran the sink, kitchen sink, shower and it had no problem keeping up. Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
