The installation went as smooth as glass. The contractor was done in one day with my help. I am using this system to cool my garage (20 x 20 x 9) in FL. The system both indoor and outdoor units are unbelievably quite. The system is not cheap. However, you are getting a very high quality product worth every penny. On a 98/98 degree/humidity day the garage was cooled to 72 in about 90 minutes.

We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. So far, it's working great, but have only used it for cooling. I expect to use it for heating in the next week or 2.
