4-star Unit Woks Great But Concerned About The Lack Of Warranty Jul 12, 2016

It was easy to install and start up but in reading the manual no warranty is supplied unless the system is installed by a certified installer. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help. Gas furnaces are inherently reliable so probably not a problem but some warning may have changed my mind of self performing.

Where do I start? I'm no HVAC pro. But I have one on speed dial. After much deliberating and my HVAC expert telling me to go with ecomfort I figured "what the heck". the site is great, the filter is okay. I selected my "kit" which touted to be a high end communicating (i.e. comfortnet) setup. GREAT! Only problem... You can't select individual options. EVEN if you could, when you see the options for teh furnace, you get the option of "Multi Speed vs Variable... more

We have an older 1800 sq. ft. manufactured home that we rent out. The old heat system was a very inefficient forced air electric furnace. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is. They say the A/C in the summer will be icing on the cake.

Blew the competitors out of the water and they recommended an HVAC licensed installer that also were great and the install price was better than the local competition. Thank you eComfort. The only thing was a bit cumbersome was the install as my home is an older one, but once installed the AC blew cold and the quietness of the external and interior unit was unbelievable. The radiators went together very easily with the connections provided to the heating pex and there were no leaks. very easy to bleed. they provide much more heat than I was getting from my old wall convectors and seem to retain the heat a long time after the boiler is off. Not hard to hang either as long as you separate the hanger prongs in increments of 1/2 inch. Also, my wife was pleasantly surprised by the appearance
