I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. I purchased the purefire 80, 6 years ago from eComfort, and it was the best purchase I have made. Super people to deal with and it has been an outstanding boiler with no problems. I'd buy from them again.
