The unit tends to leak through pinholes which are due to impurity of copper tube material from cheap production country. The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit. Built by a division of Weil McLain the boiler it is similar to their products. Seems to be build well and I hope to have years of trouble free working status. A little difficult to install given the position of the ports. I will recommend this product to others.
