After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Enjoyed your simple order form and response to request for a lift gate (free). Unit was a close replacement for my old (15 year) Coleman unit. Installation was fairly simple even for a 70 year old. The ducting needed some modifications, but no major renovations. I was amazed by how quiet the unit is. You have to actually listen carefully to hear it run. Thank you and I would recommend your company to an actual friend.

I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.

Hooked up the heater in late June, so no way to tell how it will work when the cold weather arrives. Hook up was easy, except the schematic didn't really tell which of the possible 5-6 spots the two line thermostat was to be hooked. Blew a fuse the first time I turned it on, but the second placing of the thermostat lines worked.
