The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. My suggestion is to have a very experienced high efficiency furnace plumber install the unit. From what I now know all aspects of the system need to be in balance to work properly. My unit is exceptional and my wife likes the colored pictures designating the various modes of operation.
