I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.

It is impossible to say maybe so at this point, I'd say depends not no. I bought this system from a supplier and have found support sometimes good and others seemed to be the person was reading the same documentation I already had. The reason I called was the documentation is not always very helpful and misses a lot. e.g. There is nothing regarding how to connect the condensate lines to the units except to do it. I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.
