Great for high humidity pet room ventilation. I bought this unit to improve the air quality in my pet room that contains a 600 gallon aquarium and 200 more gallons in the sump bringing the total volume up to 800 gallons. I bought the furnace, evaporator coil with TXV and condenser. I was pleased with the way everything came packaged for shipping. Each piece seems to be built well so the installation went together quite well. The only thing I did not like was getting the TXV installed as there was not enough space to get the fitting through the wall of the evaporator housing.
