I have a 14 X 40 wood shop and was looking for something to heat/cool it that wouldn't cost a lot of money and also not run my electric bill through the roof. I think this unit is the answer. Its difficult to believe I am the first to review this product. However this thermostat is difficult to program and seams to defy reason, when in heat mode and should be using the compressor unit outside to produce heat, it instead will be making expensive heat with AUX electric heat. I will probably dump this thing and get one I can understand how to use effectively.

I love this system. It's been installed in my house for almost two years now and have no problems at all and all the hot water I need. I would recommend this to anyone replacing a hot water unit. Originally, I had a tankless coil in the furnance and that required the furnace to run all year long. Now, I can shut off the furnace during the summer. Also, this product is energy star compliant which means a payback from uncle sam during tax time.
