UPDATE 4/19/16: As stated in my previous post the ordering process was excellent. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. The driver was very nice, and the entire order was shrink wrapped on a pallet, which the driver used a pallet jack to unload and bring down my long driveway to a convenient spot. Arrived promptly. Manufacturer readily available w/ live human beings answering the phone to provide tech/installation assistance. Straight forward installation w/ instructions, but would have liked a bit more detail on circulator placement. Installed & fired up in midst of cold snap. Only been a couple of weeks, but working without a hitch so far and heating house beautifully.

I have a 25' x 40' insulated garage. My new 60K btu Reznor heater brings the temp. from 50 degrees to 65 degrees in about 25 min. I love it.
