Pros: -Wasn't very heavy -Came with many accessories including a flare adapters -Nice to have the option of an intake from the bottom on head units -VERY quiet. -All hook ups are on one side of head unit -Condenser has tons of directional options on how cables/lines enter unit. -Electrical is simple and easily accessible. -CFM displacement is impressive. -Condenser came with good accessories including rubber vibration pads. We have an older 1800 sq. ft. manufactured home that we rent out. The old heat system was a very inefficient forced air electric furnace. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is. They say the A/C in the summer will be icing on the cake.

Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east.
