I have one of these and am a bit disappointed when it's efficiency drastically decreases when the outside temperature drops below -10C or + 24F. Still I am very pleased with it. Now the inside unit 'chirps', what is up with that ? Does it need to be oiled ? Doug

eComfort is very a professional company. They answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. The product was delivered incredibly fast. The quality of the product is exceptional. It is solid, streamlined, very well crafted and very easy to install. Purchased this unit for the garage,which is my work shop. The installation was not difficult and very straight forward. Did have an HVAC person vacuum the lines as suggested. Both the indoor and outside units are extremely quiet. Very pleased with Daikin.

My neighbor just spent $3500.00 having a new furnace put on, which for me was out of the question...I bought your furnace (same size) for $575.00 delivered to my door. I'm 75 years old and had it installed and running in 6 hours complete. And that's for changing electric, gas lines, upper plenum and lower base. The unit is quiet and efficient, I couldn't be more happy saving about $3,000.00. Only time will tell how long it will last but I found no shortcuts on the quality of construction..would... more
