Bought this unit to install in a friends house, the unit works extremely well as have the other 3 units I've purchased from eComfort.

We bought this unit to replace a 30 year old unit. We wanted one very similar so installation would be easy and a do it yourself job. I am always leery about on line shopping, but ecomfort made me comfortable with my experience. The unit was exactly what we wanted and installation was fantastic. We had to modify one piece of duct work--which was really nothing. I would shop at ecomfort in the future.

Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.

Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Low Profile, Elegant Radiator Jul 10, 2016

Nice looking European style radiator. Build quality is first class. Easy to install - bolt two brackets to the wall, snap the radiator in place and hook up your lines. Pre-finished in white paint. Only downside - the manufacturer only covers the edges in light cardboard and shrink wraps them in plastic. Item is not easy to ship and can be damaged as a result.
