Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. Haven't had a chance to use it very much as the weather in michigan has been unseasonably warm for october. The few times it has functioned gave us instant heat and a very quiet blower.
