Love this unit! Installed in the fall, it cools well yet can put out satisfyingly uncomfortable amounts of heat when it's 20F outside and throttles down very low to match demand. Thermostat is rather unintuitive to use all its features and you have only one set of temps in auto mode, but if you don't mind switching from heat mode to cool mode yourself you can program it any way you like. Quiet, Easy Installation. Dec 15, 2016

This was my first mini-split installation, and it was time consuming but easy. The system is very quiet while running, easily have a conversation standing next to it and I can't hear it standing around the corner of the building, 10' away. The installation is on a semi-secluded lake cottage with only nature for ambient noise, it is that quiet. Replacement Boiler Sep 15, 2016

I had to buy a boiler to replace one leaking ,putting pilot out..i like the electronic ignition, but seems to be more to go wrong...replace boards $100...standing pilot ,no problems..except leaks in boiler...ill fire warranty claim later...6 year old boiler......i like quality of weil mcclain....we will see about warranty...ps installer now has parkinsons, and will not/can't cooperate......

I replaced my old Modine heater, with a new Modine heater and it works great. The old one, the only thing that went wrong with it, was one of the fan blades broke in half . The old one , didn't owe me nothing, I had it in my shop for 38 years.
