Each unit is made to order - it took almost 2 months for delivery. Unit is well made and quite quiet. Installation was straight forward although no instructions were included (I obtained them online to be sure wire connections were correct.) So far it is working perfectly.

This home has had a Janitrol for 25 years that was a great furnace and coil. This Goodman furnace and A-coil were installed by a professional heat and air company that has installed many of my other houses that I have built. However, very disappointed that it is so noisy. Goodman needs to work on that. Since I have had it for only a month I really cannot give you a rating. Delivery was great and fast. Will give customer service a great job. Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east.
