After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Skeptical when purchasing, very pleased with results. Packaging could be better, air relief valve was damaged (shipping company), but easily replaced with peckok valve. Will be ordering more for sure, throws off impressive heat in a slimline package. Replaced 16' of slantfin baseboard and get tons more heat. Easy to install with multiple options of h20 hookups.

I used this inline fan to hook up to my vent hood in my kitchen. Even though this product was assembled in America, the motor was made in Germany and you certainly can't go wrong with German technology. I also brought LD10 silencer to attach directly to the fan and placed the silencer between the vent hood and the fan. I also purchased the FC10 clamp to hold the silencer and fan in place.
