I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. Installation was easy. Cools my whole house in full sun quicker than my car cools. A little louder than I thought. Condenser is large. Remote has plenty of settings. Overall, a great product so far.

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. It was an easy installation and it went in with no problems. Didn't have to do any adjustments all the factory setting were good and it went right in and hook up was seamless. I would buy another!
