We ordered the propane conversion kit and that went in and worked perfectly.It was the best price out there and It has a GREAT warranty and it was shipped FREE and was shipped immediately after I ordered it! We bought this unit to replace a 30 year old unit. We wanted one very similar so installation would be easy and a do it yourself job. I am always leery about on line shopping, but ecomfort made me comfortable with my experience. The unit was exactly what we wanted and installation was fantastic. We had to modify one piece of duct work--which was really nothing. I would shop at ecomfort in the future.

Unit: No blower control. The blower lag time cant be adjusted. I would also recommend two stage instead of single stage. Looks well built. No apparent damage. Delivery: Old dominion delivery driver lied to me. Lead me on a goose chase for sheet metal sheers when he had a set in his truck the whole time. Claimed he couldn't unpack the unit from the pallet. When I returned he had the whole thing unpacked. Unprofessional crap.

Love the Schluter products. I have used the Kerdi llner for years and attended a technical training in VA. Have learned that the 32"x60" Shower Kit is available from my local Home Depot for $499 + tax. Free shipping is nice but I'm at the home improvement stores every day. Probably won't buy on-line again unless the pricing is lowered. Thanks for the opportunity to review
