5-star Silent And Efficient Oct 04, 2016

My installer is an experienced air-con guy and I assisted him because I was curious about the whole process. This was the first mini-split system he installed and it went together easily and quickly. 5-star Too Early To Tell Sep 10, 2016

Hooked up the heater in late June, so no way to tell how it will work when the cold weather arrives. Blew a fuse the first time I turned it on, but the second placing of the thermostat lines worked.

Had this unit installed a few weeks ago, it's whisper quiet and was easy on the pocket book. Looking for many years of service.

Even though this product was assembled in America, the motor was made in Germany and you certainly can't go wrong with German technology. I also brought LD10 silencer to attach directly to the fan and placed the silencer between the vent hood and the fan. I also purchased the FC10 clamp to hold the silencer and fan in place. I find the clamp itself was not good enough to hold fan and the silencer. To give me a piece of mind,... more
