After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I have not hooked this unit up yet, mostly because I don't have all the parts. It would be better if there was some help in "knowing" that you have all that's needed, very simple things have really held things up. It's not until you look at the installation instructions that you figure this out. At this point I would have to blame the seller!
