To begin, I regret buying this daily. It replaced a 10+ yr old Fujitsu that outperformed it in every way. First issue I had was the directional blade motor failing. Ecomfort sent a new part, it's now working. Second issue has to do with the appearance, the seams to not align, many of the gaps between plastic parts are uneven. If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. just had a issue when boiler started small exlosian and gas smell called my propane dealer sent person out to check pressure . pressure was fine he said there was no adjustment on the air today. we turned up thermostat and boiler ignited. there was no issue this time. im still a little confused. other than this issue i like this product waitng to see what happens
