I've got a 334 sqft bunkhouse/office on the ranch. It's been pretty toasty this summer so far & I've been on the computer alot. Needless to say computers are great for putting out heat!! The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions.
