Great product but found the pressure sensor only works if the world is working perfectly! Meaning the venting must be in excellent shape and does not come apart in the walls or the power is a reliable source. This was installed in one of our customer's homes. Installation straight forward and worked well but then it became a nightmare. Multiple calls back and a real money looser. I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. I ordered 5 of these mats to heat a sunroom of ~10'x12' size with a standard osb subfloor and tile floor. The mats were delivered quickly and appear very robust in construction. Ample instructions on how to install are included and the installation is proceeding quickly with no issues.

Enjoyed your simple order form and response to request for a lift gate (free). Unit was a close replacement for my old (15 year) Coleman unit. Installation was fairly simple even for a 70 year old. The ducting needed some modifications, but no major renovations. I was amazed by how quiet the unit is. You have to actually listen carefully to hear it run.
