Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. Hot showers all around. I wish this thing had a temperature indication (for my own curiosity). The big green digits on the front indicate the set point, not the temp and I can't find a way to change it.

Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. This Burnham is very quiet. No power vent. I use an old school dial thermostat and set it at 67. When I get my heating bill... more
