Received unit only issue unit would be left in driveway not placed on porch. Family strained and put unit inside house. My only complaint. Unit working great. Cold Air Rocks. It has been a sweat box. Good product and great price. I strongly recommend a/c unit.

DID YOU HAVE IT SERVICED BY A PRO WHO KNEW HOW TO DO A BUDERUS (BREAK DOWN SERVICE)...MY heat exchanger was dirty from not doing a yearly BUDERUS BREAK DOWN SERVICE as stated in the boiler manual....gas co. contract does not cover cleaning condensing boiler heat exchanger, so...it gets dirty, the flame temp in the heat exchanger goes up, and the sensor and igniter burn out...If in doubt, do what I did, Called Buderus in New Hampshire...number on manual that came with boiler,

As usual, the professionals at EComfort were GREAT! They helped me determine the best replacement unit for my heat-load requirements and processed the order the same day. Three weeks later, I got a call from the trucking company telling me when the boiler was to arrive (Clearly this shipper doesn't expedite like Amazon).
