The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. To begin, I regret buying this daily. It replaced a 10+ yr old Fujitsu that outperformed it in every way. First issue I had was the directional blade motor failing. Ecomfort sent a new part, it's now working. Second issue has to do with the appearance, the seams to not align, many of the gaps between plastic parts are uneven. It appears to be caused by how thin the plastic is, it borders on paper, it really does not have enough integrity to support it's own weight. Even if you are going... more

Love the Schluter products. I have used the Kerdi llner for years and attended a technical training in VA. Have learned that the 32"x60" Shower Kit is available from my local Home Depot for $499 + tax. Free shipping is nice but I'm at the home improvement stores every day. Probably won't buy on-line again unless the pricing is lowered. Thanks for the opportunity to review

I have used this product before. I would not do a shower using any other product. You spend a lot of time and $ doing a new shower, you should do it right. With this, I know everything is sloped properly, the products fit together and it will be waterproof. We used the shower for a few weeks while tile was on its way last time as the shower is watertight, even without tile.
