After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. After finally receiving both thr AC unit and evaporator coil in which the AC unit was lost and shipped separately, the installation went well and everything fit in place and we are enjoying cool air. So besides shipping, I have been please with my unit thus far.
