The suggested options kit made for an easy DIY install. We are using it to cool a computer room and it is working wonderfully.

We added on to our laundry room and needed heat and cooling. Upon receiving the unit a couple of us had the unit installed and ready for a AC man The people that take care of all our systems came over, checked for leaks and in a few more minutes up and running. Very impressed with the unit so far. We decided to go with Gree since we had 10 units come in on cabins we installed this spring.

At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. I was concerned about delivery time and made a call to customer service with my inquiry. They were very helpful and promised a return call the next day to advise on the shipping status of my order. Installed a few weeks ago...extremely quiet...installation easy....like flexibility of programming.....all working well. Update 1/7/16: Super quiet, easy install, amazingly efficient.....installed in off grid home and working flawlessly for the past few months
